Dhading focused Civic Development Bank (CDB) held its third annual general meeting (AGM under its chairman Narayan Kumar Shrestha. The AGM approved the financials of fiscal year 2011-12. CDB posted a profit of Rs 10.81 million in last fiscal and its authorised capital is at Rs 100 million, issued capital worth Rs 40 million and paid up capital is 20.80 million. With its head office at Dhading Besi it provides modern banking services through branches at Baireni, Arughat and an extension counter at Puchar Bazaar, Dhading Besi.
