Brikuti Development Bank to hold Special General Meeting

Kathmandu, April 27

Bhrikutee Development Bank Ltd. has announced its Special GM to be held on 14 May, 2014 (31 Baishak, 2071) at Siddhartha Cottage, Butwal. The agenda is to deduct the current 70% promoter share into 51% and convert the remaining 19% into public share.
