Book Closure Date.

Nepal Industrial and Commercial Bank(NICB) and Royal Merchant Banking and Finance Institution(RMBFI) had bookclosure on 28th November to distribute Bonus shares. NICB is distributing 20% bonus share and RMBFI is distributing 10% bonus share and then 1:1 right shares to the total shares for the shareholders who buy until 27th Nov. 2008. The last date of entry is 7 working days from the bookclosure date.
