Tourism Dev Bank Ltd announced public share issue

TDBL announced public share to be issued soon. NCM Merchant Bank Ltd and Citizen Investment Trust are the issue managers. Bank will issue total  number of  24,00,000 shares  which is of amount Rs. 240 millions as public share, hence the bank's paid up capital will be Rs 640 millions. The share issue schedule  will be as per below mentioned date.
