Butwal Power Company Limited has offered 18 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year 2069/70.
The BOD meeting of the company has just taken decision to this effect.
The proposed dividend is, however, subject the approval of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of BPCL, which is slated for February 23.
BPCL had posted a net profit of Rs.28.64 crore in the last fiscal year of 2069/70.
Meanwhile, BPCL has also declared its book closure date on February 5 for the AGM as well as for its 3:2 right shares.
