Kathmandu, Jan 23
The Annual General Meeting of the Development bank based in Dhankuta on January 4 had endorsed 20 percent bonus shares to the shareholders.
The shareholders can obtain the certificates from the office of its RTS, Elite Capital Limited, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday, and from 10:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Friday.
Kabeli Bikas Bank Limited is distributing bonus share certificates to its shareholders from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year 2069/70.
