NLG Insurance Company Limited has announced book closure for its 8th AGM from today.
The AGM is slated for February 11 at the Russian Center of Science & Culture, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu.
Back in October, the insurance company had proposed 11.05 percent cash dividend and 10 percent bonus shares to its shareholders from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year 2069/70.
The company had registered a net profit of Rs 14.37 crore in the last fiscal year.
