Lumbini General Insurance Limited has published a notice for its shareholders for its right share issue. The company is providing 6.296 new shares for each 10 shares per Rs 100/- for each share. The issue is from Magh, 20  to Falgun 25, 2070. The issue manager is ACE Capital Market
