Kathmandu: Feb 15
The Stockbrokers Association of Nepal (SBAN) will stop trading shares of National Hydropower Company, a venture of NB Group, citing it has failed to appoint a share registrar.
It is said that the company has not appointed a share registrar since its agreement with Growmore Merchant Bank over two months ago. “This has caused difficulty in transferring ownership of shares of the company,” stockbrokers association president Narendra Raj Sijapati said.
The share price of the company currently stands at Rs 107 per unit.
