IPO Allotment of Arambha Micro Finance

Arambha Micro Finance who recently closed its IPO for general public has posted its allotment result within 36 hours of its IPO closing date. This is the first IPO which was arranged by NIC Asia Capital and has revolutionized the allotment process of IPOs in Nepal.

It is said that due to C-ASBA system this was possible and the general public is overwhelmingly happy for such fast results which use to take more than a month.

Apart from the units reserved for staffs and mutual funds, 27,048 applicants were allotted 10 units each through lottery. 8,820 units were allotted to the staffs and 14,700 units were allotted to mutual funds.

IPO Result of Unnati Micro Finance

Kathmandu,

Siddhartha Capital Limited, the issue manager for the 1.65 lakh units IPO shares of Unnati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

Out of 244,427 valid applicants, only 15,015 were allotted 10 units each and they were chosen through lottery process. Similarly, 101 staffs of the company were allotted 6,600 units and 12 mutual fund schemes were allotted 8,250 unit shares.

IPO Result of Chhyandi Hydro Power

Chhyangdi Hydropower Company Limited has allotted its 5,40,000 units IPO shares today (Asadh 17, 2074) 

Allotment for investors who had applied up to 710 units (Rs 71,000) was decided through lottery, and were allotted 10 units on lottery basis. Other investors who had applied more than 710 units were allotted 1.25% on pro-rata basis.
The issue had collected around Rs 377 Crores (Oversubscribed by 74.13 times) till last day from both regular and ASBA applications. Applicants were required to apply for a minimum of 50 units shares (Rs 5,000) and they could apply for a maximum of 2,700 units (Rs 2,70,000). Those investors who had applied for 2700 units shares got 34 units.

Forward Community Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has concluded allotment of 6 lakh units IPO shares today. 

Allotment for investors who had applied from Rs 5,000 (or 50 units) to Rs 103,000 (or 1,030 units) were decided through lottery and were allotted 10 shares each. Remaining investors who had applied from Rs 1,04,000 (1,040 units) to Rs 3,00,000 (or 3,000 units) were allotted 0.89% shares.

Nyagdi Power IPO result

Ngadi Power Group Limited has published its allotment for its IPO investors. For investors who had applied from Rs 5,000 or 50 units to Rs 80,000 or 800 units shares was decided through lottery and investors who had applied for Rs 81,000 or 810 units to Rs 90,000 or 900 units get 10 units and remaining investors who applied for Rs 92,000 or 920 units to Rs 50,00,000 or 50,000 units were allotted 1.16 % on pro-rata basis.
Ngadi Power Group had floated its Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth Rs 9.73 crore (9, 73,737 lakh units shares) from Chaitra 21, 2072 till Chaitra 25, 2072. The IPO was oversubscribed by 85.72 times till last day.

IPO allotment of Reliable Micro Finance

Reliable Micro Finance has published results of its IPO allotment to its investors today.

Given the high number of applicants, allocation on pro rata basis was not possible so the allotment was made through lottery system. Allotment of all applicants from minimum Rs 5,000 to maximum Rs 1,00,000 amount investors were decided through lottery. 

Those who were allotted got a minimum of 10 unit shares. 
Of the total 45,246 applicants only 13,995 investors got the shares.  
Out of the total 1,50,000 unit shares, the microfinance has set aside 7,500 unit shares for the mutual fund schemes and 1,42,500 for general public which also includes 3,000 unit shares for its employees.

IPO allotment of Womi Micro Finance

Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has allotted its IPO investors by its issue manager NMB Capital.
As the allotment took place through lottery, all investors who were allotted were eligible for a minimum of 10 unit shares.
Given the high number of applicants, allocation on pro rata basis was not possible so the allotment was made through lottery system. Allotment of all applicants from minimum Rs 1,000 to maximum Rs 1,00,000 amount investors were decided through lottery.

IPO allotment of Clean Village Micro Finance

Clean Village Microfinance Limited has concluded its IPO allotment today at NMB Capital Limited BabarMahal, Kathmandu. 

Total of  1,09,200 shares were set aside for public, 40 % or 43,680 shares were put aside for retail investors and 60 % or 65,520 shares under “other investor” category.  Retail investors applied for a total of 60,35,980 unit shares and those in the others category demanded 92,28,320 kittas.

Given the high number of applicants, allocation on pro rata basis was not possible so the allotment was made through lottery system. Allotment of all applicants from minimum Rs 5,000 to maximum Rs 1,00,000 amount investors were decided through lottery.

IPO allotment of Kisan Micro Finance

Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sansatha Limited has allotted its IPO.

From the total 73,600 shares set aside for public, 40% or 29,440 shares were put aside for retail investors and 60% or 44,160 shares under “other investor” category.  Retail investors applied for a total of 41,41,670 unit shares and those in the others category demanded 73,07,810 kittas.

Since the allotment took place through lottery, all investors were eligible for a minimum of 10 shares.

Allotment of all applicants from minimum Rs 5,000 to maximum Rs 1,00,000 investors were decided through lottery.

IPO allotment of NMB Sulav Investment Fund I

NMB Bank Limited has allotted 60 million units of Rs 10 face value each mutual fund scheme worth Rs 600 million (NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1) on 3rd Kartik, 2071 and refunding money to the non-allottee investors

NMB Capital has allotted 100 percent to those who applied up to 5,000 units and 26.10 percent for those who applied more.

The mutual fund, which was closed on Ashoj 6, originally offered 60 million units, but following a high number of applications for the mutual fund units priced at Rs 10, the fund manager allotted units worth Rs 750 million as allowed by the Mutual Fund Regulations 2067.

As per the official of NMB Capital, they have invested one percent worth Rs 75 lakhs and NMB bank --Fund sponsor of this mutual fund-- has invested 14 percent worth Rs 10 crore 50 lakh while rest of the 85 percent was allotted to general public.

IPO allotment of Mount Makalu Development Bank

The allotment of Mount Makalu Development Bank’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Rs 60 lakh has been held on Saturday.
As per the allotment model, those who had applied for up to 630 units or Rs 6,300 have been placed under lottery, which means that all the retail investors have been placed under lottery.

The IPO floated from April 11 to April 16 had been oversubscribed by more than 60 times, according to the issue manager, Growmore Merchant Banking Limited.

There were a little more than 1,000 applicants from both the retail and institutional investors.

IPO Allotment Result of Civil Bank

Civil Bank Ltd has successfully allotted 8 million units of shares worth NPR 800 million to the general public. The Bank had appointed Citizens Investment Trust, NCM Capital Markets, Nabil Investment and Ace Capital Market as the issue managers for its IPO. 

In an interaction program, the Bank declared allocation of shares to 57,588 subscribers from general public (257 of the Bank’s staff and 2 issue managers) who have been proportionately allocated total shares of 54,019,660 units (400,000 units to Bank’s staff and 600,000 units to issue managers).

The issuance of shares was opened from 2069/08/25 to 2069/08/28 to general public. The Bank has allotted 27.09% to small investors and 10.19% to other subscribers. Although the period allowed for the allocation of shares is 40 days, the Bank has acted swiftly for completion of allocation of the shares earlier than the given period. Civil Bank could be the first commercial bank till date in terms of share allocation within such short tenure said Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, Mr. Kishore Maharjan.
